The Process.

The name gave us a foundation, but the identity came to life in the style and the story. We wanted something soft enough to feel kind, clever enough to show our creative chops, and just unexpected enough to stand out in the tech space.



That led us to an illustrative style with playful scenes that could flex to tell our story in countless ways. We built a whole world around them: characters, devices, and moments that showed how we think about creativity, technology, and kindness.
As with any project, when it mattered most, we brought in the right partners. A killer illustrator helped us nail the visual language. Animation and tech partners gave the brand motion and personality. Together, we built a brand that could live everywhere: the website, decks, social, and our first industry report, Kindness Is a Competitive Edge.
